Community Engagement: The ‘Models Wanted’ Campaign

This flyer demonstrates my ability to create compelling recruitment materials that align with a brand's unique identity, fostering community engagement and providing opportunities. I personally designed this flyer to solicit models for a photoshoot, furthering the visual content strategy for the 'Year of the Rat' brand.

  • Aesthetic & Purpose: The design leverages a bold, distressed, and raw aesthetic, featuring a mix of black-and-white imagery with vibrant accents. This 'collage-punk' style is characteristic of the 'Year of the Rat' brand, immediately appealing to its target audience of creative and edgy individuals. The prominent 'MODELS WANTED' headline makes its purpose clear and direct.

  • Copy & Call to Action: I crafted the succinct and enticing bullet points, such as 'no experience needed!' and 'build your portfolio', to lower barriers to entry and highlight the benefits of participation. This direct and benefit-driven copy effectively motivates potential candidates.

  • Graphic Design & Brand Voice: The fragmented typography, energetic composition, and deliberate use of contrasting visuals (such as the barcode detail) all contribute to a dynamic and rebellious feel, perfectly embodying the YOTR brand's independent spirit. This flyer showcases my skill in translating a distinct brand voice into an actionable and visually striking promotional piece.
